General Safety Notice
RichieMeds offers prescription medications for erectile dysfunction (ED), including sildenafil (generic Viagra), tadalafil (generic Cialis), and combination use when prescribed. These medications belong to a class called PDE5 inhibitors.
They are approved for use in adults and may be prescribed off-label under the guidance of a healthcare provider.
Do not take RichieMeds products if you:
- Take nitrates (for chest pain) or guanylate cyclase stimulators (such as Adempas/riociguat) for pulmonary hypertension, as this combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
- Are allergic to sildenafil, tadalafil, or any of the ingredients in these medications.
- Have been advised by your doctor to avoid sexual activity due to heart or cardiovascular problems.
